Lego City (2) Positions

 

About Lego City (Grades 1-2 entering Grades 2-3)

Students will build city buildings out of Legos and read about their function.  Students will then find the area, perimeter, and volume of their buildings.  Families are welcome to check out the city at the end of the program.

 

 

CAMP PROGRAM DATES:

June 17, 2024 -July 11, 2024* (Monday-Thursday) *No session on Monday, July 1 thru Thursday, July 4 (12 total days)

Teacher Time

11:30pm to 2:30pm Monday -Thursday only

 
Teacher Compensation

Teachers will be compensated for 3 hours a day plus .5 hour of prep per day (3.5 total hours per day) @$25/hour contractual rate and an additional $15/ hour for summer hero covid pay = total rate $40.00/hour.

All payments are processed after the end of the 4-week period 
 
 Qualifications for Teachers

·         Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate

·         Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive professionals

·         Teachers must work all required days.
